The Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County raised over $51,000 on May 6, 2014 during the GREAT GIVE PBC, the most money raised by any participating nonprofit in both Palm Beach and Martin County. The GREAT GIVE PBC is a 24-hour online giving event designed to raise as much money as possible for hundreds of local nonprofits in a single day, hosted by The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties and United Way of Palm Beach County.

Exceptional Belle Glade Teen Wins Youth of the Year Honor

Selected among several local outstanding youth, Vainqueur Delome will compete against other Boys & Girls Club members for the Florida Youth of the Year title and a $1,000 college scholarship from Tupperware Brands Corporation. As the new Youth of the Year for Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County (BGCPBC), 18 year old Delome is a true example of an extraordinary young man recognized by Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) for his sound character, leadership skills and willingness to give back to the community.
