On Tuesday, April 18th, in honor of National Volunteer Week, long-time partners of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Suffolk Construction, spent the day executing a landscaping project at Marjorie S. Fisher Boys & Girls Club. This incredible effort was aimed at revitalizing the exterior of the Club and creating a more welcoming, beautiful environment for the Club members.
“It was truly heartwarming to see such an inspiring group of volunteers come together to create a positive change in their community,” said Jillian Taylor, Volunteer Coordinator for Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. “This project is the perfect example of what can happen when caring, ambitious people come together for a common cause.”
The team of volunteers went above and beyond to make this project a success. They spent hours weeding and raking the grounds of the Club, removing debris, and tidying up the area. But that wasn’t all- they also added over 200 bags of new mulch to the landscape, which completely transformed the space. As a result of their hard work, Marjorie S. Fisher now looks brighter and fresher from every angle of its exterior.
