Instilling Positive Values
Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County's Character and leadership pipeline provides youth with a clear framework to develop a connection to their Club and community, increase their internal and external developmental assets and evolve as leaders. The programs guide youth, ages 10 to 18, to work together on projects that contribute to the Club and community.

YOUTH OF THE YEAR
The Youth of the Year program honors our nation’s most awe-inspiring young people on their path to great futures and encourages all kids to lead, succeed and inspire. The program recognizes and celebrates leadership, academic success, civic responsibility and engagement.
BE A STAR
BGCA has joined WWE and the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence to participate in Be A STAR, WWE’s bullying prevention initiative, and its mission to encourage young people to treat each other with respect through education and grassroots initiatives.
IMPACT ON OUR YOUTH
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County has provided a wide variety of nationally recognized and impact driven programs throughout the years and partners with numerous other service providers, such as the Palm Beach County Health Department, Literacy Coalition, local universities, and many others to enhance the learning opportunities of the youth served.
