As we take the time to appreciate our blessings this holiday season, I hope you look back on this year fondly and that it brings you joy. With 2024 on the horizon, Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County continues to serve kids and teens in your community that haven’t been dealt the best hand in life. While much of our county is growing and thriving, we safeguard over 13,000 children who are living a different experience.

They often lack support needed at home and from the community, which most of us take for granted. For one of our families, this couldn’t be more true. Aaron (10), Jeremy (9), and Ja’Meyah (6) lost their father to gun violence six months ago. With this added stress making life exponentially harder, the Club has become a vital lifeline.

Aaron (10), Jeremy (9), and Ja’Meyah (6) lost their father to gun violence six months ago. With this added stress making life exponentially harder, the Club has become a vital lifeline.

The children have been given extra academic help from the Club’s certified teachers to overcome the achievement gap made worse by recent events. Due to added trauma caused by being present when their father lost his life, all three siblings benefit from free mental health counseling at the Club, provided by professional therapists. And like all Club members, they enjoy a healthy snack and hot, nutritious meal every day they come through our doors.

Thanks to you, our Clubs have been a refuge for underserved children for over 50 years. With just a few weeks left in 2023, your tax-deductible donation to Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County can have a positive impact on more children like Aaron, Jeremy and Ja’Meyah, and set them on a path for a great future despite their circumstances.

Thank You for Going ‘ALL IN’ for all Children!
