Charity Navigator says on average, nonprofits spend about 40 percent of donations for overhead expenses. BGCPBC spends only 14 percent on operational costs.
“We are proud to once again receive the highest rating from Charity Navigator. It’s proof of the hard work that we do every day to ensure that our Club members are given every opportunity possible to help reach their full potential. As an organization we continue to become more efficient to be able to positively impact as many children as possible,” said President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County Jaene Miranda.
“This exceptional designation from Charity Navigator sets Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County apart from its peers and demonstrates to the public its trustworthiness,” said Thatcher.
