WHOLE FOODS MARKET® WELCOMES WEST PALM BEACH LOCATION
Who/What: To kick off 2015, Whole Foods Market has opened three new South Florida stores – Downtown Miami, Pompano Beach and most recently, Davie. Palm Beach County residents will have a chance to partake in the grand opening festivities when the latest West Palm Beach location opens its doors on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.
The 42,000 square-foot store will mark the organic retailer’s 24th location in the Florida region, offering exclusive innovations including: Customers can enjoy classics such as the Croque Monsieur Crêpe featuring Creminelli ham, Swiss cheese and Béchamel. Vegetarian options will also be available.?
The store will open with a Healthy Eating Specialist on-staff to serve as a resource to the community by educating customers on making informed decisions about healthy foods, as well as teaching cooking classes and giving guided store tours.
The opening celebration will begin promptly at 8:45 a.m. with a Bread Breaking Ceremony and doors will open at 9 a.m. The first 500 customers in line on opening day will receive mystery gift cards, valued at $5, $10, $20 or $50, with one card valued at $500.
Throughout the year, Whole Foods Market gives back to the local community by hosting 5% Days where the store donates five percent of a day’s sales to charity. For the new opening, Whole Foods Market will celebrate with five different charities each receiving one percent. Beneficiaries include Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County; Children’s Healing Institute; The Arc of Palm Beach County; Resource Depot; and Genesis Assistance Dogs.
