The Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County is proud to announced that it has named Mary Katherine “MK” Morales to be its Chief Philanthropy Officer. In this role, Morales will oversee fundraising and advancement strategy, major gifts, professional advisor engagement, foundation relations, planned giving, stewardship, and strategic partnerships.

Morales joins the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County from the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin County where she served as Vice President of Philanthropic Services. During her tenure, she led the philanthropic team through transformational growth and record-breaking fundraising success, resulting in increased philanthropic impact, managing 600+ charitable funds, and expanded impact for the communities served.

Morales brings over 25 years of experience helping organizations accelerate growth, strengthen community partnerships, and drive transformational impact through philanthropy, leadership, and strategic growth.

Morales also successfully completed the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) program, is certified John Maxwell Coach and Corporate Trainer, entrepreneur, author, and sought-after speaker on leadership, philanthropy, and organizational growth.
