As the pandemic continues to impact and even cancel many time-honored events and traditions, Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County will do whatever it takes to ensure the holiday season will still be magical for all Club members! To guarantee that all Club children receive a gift for the holidays, Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County has teamed up with GL Homes for a virtual holiday gift drive.

  • Toys & Gifts can be sent to Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County Administrative Office 800 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 204, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.

Traditional gift drive drop-off locations will still be available at some community partners, but for the safety and convenience of gift-givers, donations are also being collected virtually. With a few clicks, donors can easily and safely choose suggested gifts for Club members and send the items directly to 13 Clubs across Palm Beach County.

“The holiday season is right around the corner.  During this pandemic, many families are struggling to pay the bills. They don’t have the money to buy holiday gifts for their family. That’s why we decided to create this holiday gift drive partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County,” said GL Homes Director of Community Relations Sarah Alsofrom.

The GL Homes and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County Virtual Holiday Gift Drive will collect gifts for 9,400 Club members across the county. While passing out the gifts, each Club will host a special holiday party. The goal is to make this year feel as normal as possible despite COVID-19.

“The pandemic has disproportionally impacted our Club members’ families, and many children have already made sacrifices. That’s why it’s important that the holiday season not be sacrificed as well. We have the opportunity to save the holidays for our Club members. With GL Homes participation and your help, we can make sure the season is magical for all,” said President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County Jaene Miranda.

From now until Tuesday, December 15, you can go to two websites to virtually choose and send gifts. Simply click on the buttons below and choose an item you think a child will cherish in your area. Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County will do the rest! Shipping is always free when using the You Give Goods link.
