Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County invites the community to celebrate National Boys & Girls Club Week

“A Place to Become…” highlights the impact of clubs and how our trained youth development professionals help kids reach their full potential.

West Palm Beach, FL – April 8 – 12 Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County (BGCPBC) is inviting the community to join them for National Boys & Girls Club Week. This special celebration offers the general public the opportunity to experience the life changing programs the Boys & Girls Club offers to children and teens in Palm Beach County. As part of the week, 4,300 Boys & Girls Clubs across America and on U.S. military installations worldwide will host weeklong celebrations featuring the many ways that the Club is a place to become, helping kids reach their full potential through outcome driven programs that focus on encouraging youth to make healthy choices, build strong character and succeed academically.

“Every day, our Club staff and mentors show up to provide life-changing experiences to youth. As a result, Club members perform better in school, volunteer more hours, and make healthier choices then their peers,” said Jaene Miranda, president and CEO of BGCPBC. “National Boys & Girls Club Week allows us to share this great impact with the community.”
