Boys & Girls Club of Boca Raton’s 3rd Annual Securing Our Future event will take place on Thursday, September 30, 2021. The “A Night in Monte Carlo” themed casino night will be held at the Addison in Boca Raton, Fla., from 6:30 – 10 p.m. The exciting evening of gaming will consist of cocktails, gourmet food stations, dancing, entertainment and other surprises. Proceeds will provide critical funding for the more than 100 children who attend Boys & Girls Club of Boca Raton daily.

“The entire board is excited for this year’s Securing Our Future event. We are looking forward to bringing together the members of our community who are passionate about making a difference and sharing with them the many ways we can do that at the Boys & Girls Club by supporting the underserved children right here in Boca,” said Mandy Bohlman, newly appointed chairman of the Boys & Girls Club of Boca Raton advisory board.

The event is vital in gathering Boca Raton residents, supporters, and Boca businesses to educate them on the purpose and goals of Boys & Girls Club of Boca Raton. The Club assures that success is within reach of every young person who walks through its doors. The Club provides a safe, fun, and educational environment after school and during the summer by allowing children and teens to participate in various arts, education, technology, fitness and career development programs.

Leading the charge are Terry and Jerry Fedele. Committee members include Arthur & Shelly Adler, Mandy & Austin Bohlman, C. Michelle Duenas, Megan Escamilla, Scott Goldberger, Cindy Goldfarb, Dana Ocampo, Katie & Abraham Ovadia and Robert Weinroth.

Sponsors include Juan & Carmen Cocuy, The Harbor Financial Group at Morgan Stanley, The Bohlman Family, MGO, New Water Capital, Alegre Dentistry, Cindy and Michael Goldfarb, Ovadia Law Group, MM & Associates, D+M Palm Beach Group, Tesla MRI, Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman, and Wynwood Management Services, Inc.

Securing Our Future was initially scheduled to take place in the Spring of 2021. Out of an abundance of caution due to COVID-19, the organization rescheduled the event for September 30.
