This week marked the launch of our first summer cohort at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County’s Drone Pilot Training & Certification Program, offered in partnership with Florida Mentoring Partnership and Florida Power & Light.

Throughout the summer, teen across different clubs will engage in hands-on drone training, learn about aviation and emerging technology, and build workforce-ready skills that can lead to future career opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared to take the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification Exam, earning an industry-recognized credential in the rapidly growing drone industry. We are excited to see our teens take flight on this journey and grateful to our partners for helping create innovative pathways to success for the next generation of leaders, innovators, and professionals.
