We are proud to spotlight Jailyn Parker as Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County’s June Volunteer of the Month!
As a student intern and volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club of Delray Beach, Jailyn’s impact can be felt among members and staff. From her classes at Florida Atlantic University to our Club, Jailyn is leaving her mark on her community.
Jailyn joined the Delray Boys & Girls Club as a volunteer intern, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong collaborative spirit. Guided by Club Director Francky Pierre-Paul and Wellbeing & Life Skills Coordinator Mia Archie, she applied her academic training as a psychology major to develop an Observational Behavioral Case Study tailored to the needs of our members. Her work provided valuable insights into behavioral patterns while identifying effective intervention strategies and techniques that best support positive member outcomes.
