Members of the Impact Team recently participated in the annual MyClubHub Conference hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This week-long event gathers Boys & Girls Clubs from across the country that use the MyClubHub platform to enhance their ability to measure and track their impact on youth.
The conference offers Clubs hands-on training, system support, and early insights into new product enhancements aimed at improving our ability to capture and understand the experiences of the young people we serve. Additionally, it provides a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow Clubs from across the nation, share best practices, and learn how organizations within the Movement are utilizing data to better serve their communities.
MyClubHub is unique because it was developed specifically for Clubs, by Clubs. Instead of providing a one-size-fits-all solution, the platform continuously evolves based on the real-world needs and feedback from organizations that use the system daily. The annual conference is crucial to this evolution, as it brings together Club professionals who contribute to future development.
This year, the team returned with a deeper understanding of the system and a clearer roadmap for upcoming innovations that will enhance our ability to track and support youth outcomes. Several new tools are being developed to help Clubs better understand teen engagement and monitor post-secondary advancement, including college and career readiness.
One of the most anticipated developments discussed at the conference is the upcoming Attendance Plus module. This enhancement marks a significant advancement in how clubs will track youth participation. It goes beyond merely recording daily attendance and aims to provide deeper insights into member engagement across various programs and experiences.
