Creating Great Futures: 2025 Arts Career Fair

Last month at the Marjorie S. Fisher Boys & Girls Club, our Cultural Arts program partnered with Florida Youth At Risk to bring the world of arts careers to our Club teens!

Over 100 teens from across Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County attended the fair where they heard from creative professionals in the arts industry about their personal journeys as well as the opportunities available in this field. From recording artists to museum professionals to photographers, the teens had the opportunity to engage one-on-one with local working artists about their passions and careers. Some of the artists performed and brought their art to display so our Club members could get a close-up look at the products of their creativity.

“My favorite parts about the Arts and Career Fair were the photographer and also the rapper,” said Makalah Browning from the Smith & Moore Family Teen Center, “I love how they connected with the youth!”

Special thank you to Florida Youth At Risk for partnering with us on this impactful event. The 2025 Arts Career Fair is a powerful reminder that exposure and access to new career fields can inspire our young people to see new possibilities for their futures!
