Boys & Girls Clubs of PBC Welcome New CFO Julie Bass
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (October 27, 2014) – Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County (BGCPBC) is pleased to announce the addition of new Vice President of Finance and CFO Julie Bass.
Bass comes on board the BGCPBC from local nonprofit Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies, Inc., where she served as controller for TPIMS, Florida/California divisions and CFO for supporting organizations. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and her Master of Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Bass is a certified public accountant and has worked in the nonprofit sector for the majority of her career. She finds that the nonprofit sector is personally fulfilling, and even volunteers as treasurer for the Boy Scouts of America Gulfstream Council Troop 445. She lives in South Florida with her family.
